TaxVant provides an informational tool for analyzing marginal tax rates, studying tax brackets, and visualizing scenario-based tax planning. The scope of the tool covers United States federal tax rules and the tax rules of all fifty (50) US states.

No Professional Advice:The calculations, visual projections, comparisons, roadmaps, and outputs generated by the Service (collectively, "Estimates") are hypothetical scenario analyses based on user-provided inputs and assumptions. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, certified tax preparation, certified financial planning, investment advice, legal advice, or official tax counsel.
Projections and Guarantees: Estimates and projections are intended as a guide, not a guarantee or promise. Actual tax liabilities, results, and tax savings will vary from projections based on individual circumstances, changes in tax law, and your real-world execution of financial actions.
Data and Updates: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter. We do not warrant that the Estimates are complete, current, or free of errors, and Niti Labs LLC has no obligation to update the Service, its underlying tax rules, or any saved scenarios as tax laws change.

Any third-party links or open-source references are provided for convenience only; we accept no responsibility for the accuracy or content of external sites.
Access to certain features of the Service requires registering an account. Registration and sign-in are facilitated exclusively through third-party OAuth providers (Google and Apple). We do not collect or store passwords. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your OAuth credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
All scenario data entered by you (including filing statuses, household member details, incomes, and deduction figures) is saved and stored securely in the United States.
The Service allows you to generate a shared link. Anyone who holds or obtains a shared link can view all the content on the page, including the inputs and calculation results associated with that view. You assume sole responsibility and liability for any links you generate and share. Niti Labs LLC is not responsible for any disclosure of financial information or unauthorized access resulting from links you distribute or make public.
Excluding any open-source components utilized by the Service (which are governed by their respective licenses), all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including our proprietary source code, user interfaces, logos, and graphics, are and will remain the exclusive property of Niti Labs LLC.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features; use automated systems (crawlers, robots, scrapers) to extract data except as permitted; or attempt to disrupt or overburden the servers, networks, or databases supporting the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NITI LABS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NITI LABS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Niti Labs LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your sharing of links.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (or the state of Niti Labs LLC's registration), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction of Niti Labs LLC's principal place of business.
